Continuing our Endangered Breeds TV Series, we introduce you to the Dartmoor Pony, which originated on Dartmoor, in the County of Devon, located in the Southwest of England, and date back to the Middle Ages. The Dartmoor Ponies are known for their kind and willing temperament, which makes them very suitable as Youth and driving ponies. Join us, as we visit several Dartmoor Farms in Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina to visit with stewards of the breed here in North America.
