October 13: National Dartmoor meeting at Kentucky Horse Park. There will be a general meeting of the Dartmoor Pony Registry of America at the Kentucky Horse Park on Saturday, October 13, 2007. This is in conjunction with the National Drive (www.nationaldrive.net). Details for the Drive are on the website. Our meeting will be held Saturday night after the drive activities. It is an informal gathering of DPRA members, and anyone interested in our breed. Bring all questions and conversation. There will not be a board meeting, as we will not have a quorum of board members there. Any agenda that involves finance or major policy change can be voted on via e-mail or phone by the board members at a later time. Any questions or need for contact, call Susan Deutermann at the event - 336/432-7997 - or at home up until that Wednesday before - 336/342-2524. I will be locating a restaurant in the near future and keep you posted. You can come to the barns and locate the pod of Dartmoors that will be stabled together.
